Future Griffins Event: A Morning of "Good Books"
Future Griffins, ages 6-11, join us for reading and discussion of a few “good books” before the Great Books! Sponsored by Chesterton Academy of Tyler, a classical school in the Catholic tradition. Chesterton founding family mothers will read and lead discussion of a few “good books” to foster a love of literature and learning, with a classical heart.

Teen Writing Camp with Mr. McCann
Join Mr. McCann for a 4-day course on proper essay composition! Students will learn and practice the essential skills necessary to craft a competent academic paper, from the fundamentals of sentence and paragraph structure, proper outlining and structuring of an essay, introductions and conclusion, topic sentences, and more! Students will be equipped to write original and creative essays at the high school and college level. These skills will serve them well throughout their lives, and will make them better students, and more importantly, better thinkers!
