Chesterton Academy of Tyler is a school with a higher purpose. Our faith and family-centered mission uses a relevant, innovative classical curriculum with a strong emphasis on Fine Arts. Chesterton Academy of Tyler is a classical high school opening in fall of 2026 in Tyler, Texas. We are seeking a headmaster for the school, who is passionate about Catholic classical education. The successful candidate should be a prayerful servant leader that is a capable administrator and nurturing educator with an ability to form the character of young people.

As the educational leader of the school, the headmaster will inspire joyful, sacrificial service in students, parents, staff, and our broader community through his own Christian example and spirituality. The headmaster is responsible for working closely with the Founding Board to implement the Founders' vision while ensuring school policies that foster a rigorous yet loving learning environment are followed. The headmaster will be able to offer ideas and best practices in a spirit of collaboration but also be able to accept and follow directives from the Founding Board.

The Headmaster is the public "face" of Chesterton Academy of Tyler.
